YOUTH CHOIR
Children (from grade 3 up) and Teenagers are invited to take part in the CHRISTMAS EVE YOUTH CHOIR which sings at the 5:30 pm Christmas Eve Family Mass. Please print and fill out this Parent Permission form and return to Tina Silvestro at the rectory office before November 29.

Dear Parents,
Your child has expressed an interest in singing in the Youth Christmas Choir for the 5:30 Family Mass on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, 2011 at Blessed Sacrament Church.
Rehearsals will take place at 4-5pm in the Church on
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 29, DECEMBER 6 and 13, 20 AND, if we need an additional rehearsal, Thursday, DECEMBER 22. To make this successful it is necessary for us to have a commitment from both you and your child that s/he will attend rehearsals and the Mass. A choir depends on each of its members. Choir members will be expected to arrive in the church at 5:00 on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24.
